In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
By registering an Account on the gt7777 platform, accessing any gt7777 Service, or placing any bet or wager through gt7777, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the gt7777 platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gt7777. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the gt7777 platform and close your Account by contacting support.
Important: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Age Restriction: Registering on the gt7777 platform while under the age of 21 is a material breach of these Terms. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any deposited funds returned after identity verification, without payment of winnings.
To access gt7777 Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, CNIC number, residential address, mobile number, and email address.
gt7777 operates a strict one Account per person, per household policy. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under a false or third-party identity, is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
Upon registration, and in any event prior to processing your first deposit or withdrawal, gt7777 will require you to complete CNIC-based KYC verification. This involves submitting a clear copy of your National Identity Card and, where required, additional supporting documentation such as a selfie or proof of payment method. gt7777 reserves the right to request updated or additional verification documents at any time during the life of your Account.
Verification Processing: KYC document reviews are typically completed within 24–48 hours during business days. You will be notified by email or SMS once your verification is approved or if additional documents are required.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gt7777 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any SMS two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
All activity conducted through your Account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be attributed to you and treated as authorised activity, unless you have notified gt7777 of unauthorised access in accordance with the procedure below.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must:
gt7777 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where those losses are attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
gt7777 maintains each Member's balance in a PKR-denominated wallet. All deposits, bets, and winnings are recorded and displayed in Pakistani Rupees. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits by Pakistani Members:
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the gt7777 Cashier section at the time of each deposit transaction. gt7777 reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time without prior notice. Deposits are credited to your Account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment processor.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation. gt7777 will return such funds to the originating payment method where technically possible.
Transaction Fees: gt7777 does not charge Members a platform fee on deposits. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, your bank, etc.) may apply their own standard transaction fees, over which gt7777 has no control or visibility.
Members may request withdrawal of their available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Anti-Money Laundering: gt7777 is obligated under its international gaming license to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities. Accounts suspected of AML-related conduct will be suspended and all associated funds frozen pending investigation.
All content on the gt7777 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the proprietary intellectual property of gt7777 or its licensed content providers. No part of the gt7777 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or otherwise exploited without the express prior written consent of gt7777.
Your gt7777 Account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform's Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any gt7777 content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gt7777 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of — or inability to use — the gt7777 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:
gt7777's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gt7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be held by gt7777 until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no breach, the balance will be returned to the Member in full. Where a breach is confirmed, gt7777 may forfeit some or all of the balance in accordance with these Terms.
Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting gt7777 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending withdrawal processes and the satisfaction of any outstanding Wagering Requirements applicable to Bonus Funds.
gt7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Member rights or obligations — gt7777 will provide advance notice to affected Members via the email address registered on their Account, with a minimum notice period of 14 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the gt7777 platform following the Effective Date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the Effective Date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gt7777 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through gt7777's standard complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.
Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Members are required to submit a written complaint to gt7777 support and allow gt7777 a minimum of 30 days to investigate and respond. gt7777 aims to resolve all Member complaints within 14 business days of receipt of a complete complaint submission.

Include your Account username, a detailed description of the issue, the date(s) on which the issue occurred, and any supporting documentation. gt7777 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days.
